Located at 75 E. Hoffman Ave in the heart of the Village of Lindenhurst, The Wel Apartments are shooting for June occupancy for its prospective tenants.

TRITEC has earned itself a shining reputation across Long Island with its booming success in commercial development, consistently increasing the real estate value in the areas their properties occupy.

The development company has seen great success in its past projects, including the St. Anthony's High School field house, New Village at Patchogue and Station Square in Ronkonkoma. They have seen similar success as they have taken their talents to the Northern Virginia area, pioneering projects such as Kincora and The Jameson. The Wel Apartments of Lindenhurst are projected to have the same success that TRITEC has always achieved.

Upon opening, The Wel will offer studio apartments and one, two, and three bedroom apartment options to its tenants, all which have been thoughtfully appointed with expansive community amenities and in-unit features. Tenants will have no trouble making The Wel feel like home with features such as a pool and patio deck, 24-hour fitness center, rooftop lounge, in-unit washer and dryers, private terraces, a stunning natural stream waterway flowing through the complex, and so much more.

Over the years, TRITEC has dedicated itself to creating positive, long-lasting change in the communities it serves and develops. It has upheld these values since 1986 when brothers Robert and James Coughlan first founded TRITEC. The Coughlan brothers and TRITEC hope to continue bringing a community-oriented approach to their continued work, including The Wel Apartments and all future developments.
