Leasing has begun at last at TRITEC’s Lindenhurst project, The Wel Luxury Apartments.

Located at 75 E. Hoffman Ave, the apartment complex offers prospective lessees both prime location and prime amenities. The property began taking applications on Saturday, April 10, and is pushing for a move-in date of June 30.

The complex holds 260 units, ranging from studio apartments to three-bedroom penthouses. Upon move in, its pool and patio, 24-hour gym, and other features will be open for tenant use.
